MyEnvironmental Consultant.com is a part of R&L Consulting, LLC.  We are Bill Renfroe and Kevin LaFurge.  We represent almost 50 years of combined experience in the environmental and the construction industries.

Bill Renfroe - Bill is a master level certified hazardous materials manager (CHMM).  He has degrees in chemical engineering and chemistry. He has worked for the EPA, the Corps of Engineers, and Oregon Department of Environmental Quality.  Bill was the EH&S Manager for a large semiconductor manufacturer in the NW.  He was a founding member of the Oregon Association of Environmental Professionals. Bill has over 30 years experience in the environmental arena with more than 10 years of environmental consulting in Oregon and SW Washington.

Kevin LaFurge - Kevin has almost 20 years experience in the construction, retail, and hospitality businesses. Kevin has exceptional customer services skills with a long history of exceeding client expectations in service and quality of work. He is certified as a human resource manager, a traffic control supervisor & trainer, and as a business administrator. Kevin has successfully run several businesses in SW Washington and Oregon. One of Kevin's areas of expertise is establishing and maintaining erosion controls for contractors.
