• My Environmental Consultant will never refer you to a specific attorney or service. You are solely responsible for making a selection of an attorney or other service.
• My Environmental Consultant does not receive any portion of any legal fees charged by any lawyer or Service group. Any fee arrangements and services are strictly between you and the provider you select.
• The release and security of any sensitive or confidential information transmitted by you to any attorney or service is your sole responsibility.
• Services and the individuals represented by them, provide information to My Environmental Consultant which we do not verify, validate or confirm, except as expressly stated by My Environmetal Consultant.
• My Environmetal Consultant does not endorse any particular service and cannot guarantee the quality, or reliability of any services provided by any of these companies. My Environmental Consultant cannot perform a check for conflicts of interest between you and a service provider on our resource provider list.
• When using My Environmental Consultant, you may be required to provide some personal information to us such as name, address, email address, or telephone number. If provided to My Environmental Consultant,we shall only use this information for the specific purpose for which it was requested. My Environmental Consultant has no control and makes no representations as to the use of personal information provided to third-party Services advertising on My Environmental Consultant website. For information on these privacy practices, contact the Service provider for their terms of use and privacy policies.

• If you use My Environmental Services, you agree that: IN NO EVENT SHALL MY ENVIROMENTAL CONSULTANT.COM BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS OR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION AND EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

• OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS, AS AVAILABLE" BASIS AND MY ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTANT MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO OUR SERVICES.

My Environmental Consultant may amend these terms at any time by posting the amended terms and conditions on its website. The rights and obligations of the parties under this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. The Superior Court of Multnomah County or the United States District Court of Oregon will have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over all.
